In previous years, school nurses provided education to school personnel on topics such as anaphylaxis, seizure, and diabetes management. However, they are unable to provide this support at this time as they are currently involved in school immunizations delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

We recognize the importance of having the knowledge and skills to ensure students are safe while attending school. Fraser Health Authority has created a webpage, Medical Conditions at School,  to cover important health topics. Within each topic area, they have embedded videos or hyperlinks to credible sources to be viewed at your convenience. These resources are consistent with the information that would have been disseminated by the school nurse.
